At the newly produced office property Grow, located in Stockholm, you will find high-quality office space, generous roof terraces on different levels and a hotel. Grow offers great flexibility and the floor plan has been designed to promote cooperation and good communication between people. Architects are award-winning Tham & Videgård.

Fagerhult has contributed to two parts of this multifaceted social organism. Both to the Best Western Plus Grow Hotel, which is a four-star, modern and sustainable hotel . On a total of nine floors there are 176 elegant hotel rooms. All in the right light. The interior of the hotel is created by Note Design Studio. Different parts of the venue have been given different colour schemes based on their function. The public areas of the entrance floor are characterized by warm, powerful nuances, tactile natural materials and a lot of greenery.

The restaurant area is a modern and open space, with a lot of natural light. To get the right light level, seven different window glasses were tried out during the project. All to create the best atmosphere inside the dining area. The spotlights in the restaurant are custom lacquered to fit in with the rest of the interior. Everything to held the concept together.

In another part of the building the co-working concept UMA Workspace is established. UMA Solna Strand offers 44 offices, 170 workstations and three conference rooms. The building will help to create job satisfaction, inspire and promote cooperation between people. All this with good light comfort.
