Research and collaboration.
For us, it is important to be able to share what we know and to learn new things from others. We see our collaboration as a way of contributing to the further development of society, promoting the exchange of knowledge and strengthening the quality of our solutions and concepts. This why we strive to collaborate with other – in the public, private and non-profit sectors. We participate actively in local, national and global research environments in lighting and the effects of light on people.
Leaders of the future.
We actively support and participate in various networks and forums where our employees have opportunities to develop and grow. By coaching our leaders, we want to meet tomorrow's employees with our management team of the future leading the way.
Active leisure time.
Life is more than work. We want to be involved and contribute to meaningful leisure time for our employees by supporting local clubs. For us, it is important that as many people as possible can take part in club activities, and we always choose our involvement with clubs based on those having active women's, men's and youth sections.
A brighter future for all.
Through the organization Bright Future, Fagerhult contributes to a brighter future for more people by providing healthy and environmentally friendly lighting in the Tanzanian countryside. The project promotes female entrepreneurship, increases incomes in local communities and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. The model involves educating and supporting women in order to supply solar cell lighting in rural areas where there are no electricity grids.
