Aluflex 15
14762 Aluflex 14762A vertical power supply panel with options for adding electrical, telecom, signal, data and gas outlets as needed in the panel's sides. Any bed lighting is recessed into the front.
Aluflex 15 is intended for ward rooms. The panel consists of a single channel, which can be mounted vertically with brackets to create exciting solutions within the room. The high-pressure laminated MDF board at the front is available in various expressions such as colors, wood imitation or unique prints. For vertical mounting, preferably 300 mm above the floor for easier cleaning.
Connection
All electrical and gas outlets are internally connected. Electrical cables are routed to terminal blocks at the connection end and gas pipes are routed approx. 300 mm outside the connection end.
Design
Aluflex 15 is a ready-to-use variant of Aluflex 9-C-F featuring a straight underside and top as well as an outlet section. The panels can be supplied in lengths up to 6200 mm without being joined.
Electrical socket outlets
Aluflex 15 can be equipped with the specified number of heavy and low current outlet sockets. The outlet sockets are fitted in the equipment brackets that are permanently attached to the bottom section. A cover plate, adapted by Fagerhult, ensures that the installation is mounted completely flat against the front of the panel. The panel can be equipped with different national standard outlet sockets.
Material, colour
The profile is manufactured in extruded aluminium. The bottom and front sections are supplied in white enamelled (RAL 9010) as standard but alternative colour finishes are available at an additional charge. The panel has smooth external faces that facilitate cleaning.
Medical gases
The medical gas outlets are front mounted and can be connected directly or by attaching equipment to a rail (wall mounted or panel mounted) and connecting with a hose.
Wall secion
Via brackets, wall sections can be built to suit the conditions of the room or the customer’s requirements. A number of different materials are available as wall coverings, e.g. painted and tempered sheet metal, high-pressure laminate or Corian.
Lighting
All lighting is provided via luminaires ordered separately, for instance Aluflex 600.
