Although it may not be regarded as "fine dining", Tex-Mex has gained enormous popularity world wide since defined as a concept in the 1970's. Sweden's leading Tex-Mex chain, Taco Bar, is a proof of its popularity - with more than 50 restaurants in Sweden only.
Our customer is Scandinavian Service Partner, Sweden (SSP), The Food Travel Experts, creating and running food outlets where people are on the move. Taco Bar is a Swedish (primarily) franchise business with an idea to offer quality tex-mex food in an inviting and genuine atmosphere.
SSP trusted us to provide their new Taco Bar-restaurant in Gothenburg, Sweden, with an exciting, yet subtle, lighting design. They needed effect lighting to bring out the interior, colors and offers, but also lighting to create a cozy, inviting space.
In this case Fagerhult provided the customer with a track solution and dimmable LED-spotlights. We had some different ceiling heights to take into consideration, and the tracks had to be fitted according to the interior plan. This is a flexible and sustainable solution, that can easily be re-arranged to change the impression, or to fit re-decorations.
